Ultramodula container offices and health and safety regulations

As specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Labor and Social Policy on general occupational health and safety regulations in par. 15 Work rooms and their equipment should provide employees with safe and hygienic working conditions. In particular, in work rooms, natural and artificial lighting, appropriate temperature, air exchange and protection against moisture, unfavorable thermal conditions and sunlight, vibrations and other factors harmful to health and nuisance should be provided.
Office container lighting
When designing our office containers, we take care to ensure an optimal supply of natural light. This task is performed by windows of appropriate size. Each building manufactured by us is equipped with modern, tight PVC joinery to make it easier to meet another requirement of the regulations, i.e. ensuring the right temperature. However, when choosing sources of artificial lighting, we focus on lamps in LED technology. We especially recommend options with a color of light close to natural, which is definitely better for the eyes. In addition, they consume minimal amounts of electricity.
Optimum temperature, air exchange and protection against moisture
The key factors for ensuring the comfort of employees in office temperature, adequate ventilation and humidity. They are strongly interrelated, and keeping them at the right level depends on the construction and insulation of the building, in this case offices container.
First of all, each building that is to be used as an office must be year-round, and therefore well insulated. At Ultramodula, we use mineral wool in combination with a vapor barrier foil for this purpose. In order for the insulation to play its role effectively, wool in ours containers has a thickness of 100 mm. The next insulating layer is a laminated board fixed from the inside of the container. We also take care of the roof insulation, as in the case of walls, we use mineral wool with foil. Good quality insulation is of great importance to us, because we know that it will provide warmth in the winter, but also guarantee that the room will not be too hot in the summer.
Sanitary and social facilities in container offices
An essential element of everyone offices there is, of course, a kitchen and a bathroom, which is formally sanitary and social facilities.
